How To Order
Ordering from MNL Hive is easy! Just follow these steps:
- Browse our collections and select your favorite products.
- Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout.
- Provide your shipping details and submit your order.
- Send your payment by following the instructions and confirm your order by sending your Order ID along with a screenshot of your Payment Confirmation to MNL Hive's Facebook Page.
If you have special requests (custom orders, personalization, etc.), leave a note in the order form or message us directly.

Payment Methods
Currently, we only offer payment options through Maya to Maya Wallet Transfer, E-Wallet to Maya Wallet Transfer, and Bank to Maya Wallet Transfer.
Payment details will be provided upon checkout. Kindly send proof of payment for manual payments to avoid delays in processing.

Shipping & Processing Time
📦Processing Time: Orders are made upon request and may take 3-7 business days before shipping, depending on the product and customization required.
🚚 Shipping Timeframe:
- Metro Manila: 2-5 business days
- Provincial Areas: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: Available upon request

Custom & Personalized Orders
Many of our products allow customization! If you want a name, logo, or special design added, simply:
- Add your custom request in the "Customization Request" field at checkout.
- For photo printing, email your images to admin@mnlhive.com with your Order Number as the subject.
- Wait for our confirmation before we proceed with production.
