Frequently asked questions

What happens when my one-year membership ends?

You can renew, upgrade, or let your vault access end. You may keep the templates you acquired while your membership was active, along with the commercial license provided by that membership. Access to templates added later requires active vault access.
What is the difference between regular and premium kits?

It depends on the kit’s contents. For example,

  • Regular Baby Memory Keeper kit may contain inserts, a wirebound cover, and an envelope.
  • A premium kit may include an enclosed wirebound cover, sleeves, a magnetic box, sticker sheets, and other matching pieces.

Check each kit for its exact inclusions.
Do you offer installments, and when can I access the vault?

Installments are available for Creator Pass Lifetime and Empire. Vault access is provided after we validate your registration.
Can I pass resale rights to my customers?

Creator Pass Starter, Creator Pass Lifetime, and Empire members may pass customers a non-expiring license to resell finished physical products made from the templates. This pass-on license does not include digital template resale rights.

Creator Pass Builder members may sell finished physical products themselves.
